Managing Expectations

What you can expect of us - what we expect of you

We believe that the changes made on our part will cause minimal impact to your experience; all changes made are in efforts to improve public safety and health.

• You must have an appointment

• You must wear a mask in the shop

• Entourages are not allowed

• Wash yourself (including your hair)

• We will ask you to reschedule if you are unable to contain ALL of your bodily fluids within the confines of your body.

• As a group we will endeavor to maintain a superior standard of cleanliness than is expected of us by state and federal law/guidelines

• If you are sick (running a fever, excessive coughing, etc.) please reschedule your appointment. There is no penalty for rescheduling and we appreciate your selflessness for not exposing your contagion to our place of business.

• Also, don’t jog to the shop (I can promise you that your sweaty mass will be refused service because you were working on cardio en route to the haircut).

Pretty simple stuff. We are asking that you be a decent human/neighbor and show up for appointments clean, without a 10 person escort, and without a fever.

Likewise, we will provide a clean, safe, and transparent environment with public health and outstanding haircuts both paramount in our daily operations.
